This podcast is fascinating and well-paced. I get the impression that Erika Lantz is working hard to keep her description of this famous and divisive person and the institutions she created as neutral as possible. At the same time, Missionaries of Charities is virtually indistinguishable from a cult, and the stories of those who got out are gripping.

It's fascinating and really well made, I'm waiting impatiently for the next episode every week.

Really appreciate with how this story is being told. At first I was apprehensive of how the story was approached because being somewhat aware of the Missionaries of Charity/Mother Teresa and what was going on I was ready! for a more direct lead in. I was wrong in that thinking and what Lantz is doing is showing responsible journalism. Lantz is interviewing victims and survivors and their stories she carries those experiences with care and respect. There is a lot of sensitive subject matter but I think this is a very important story for people to know.

There are statements here that I disagreed with and assertions that are sometimes incorrect or overly dramatic but for sheer bravery, no one could deny that the very few who've come forward to share their stories deserve our respect and admiration. The world of City Ballet depicted here is, one hopes, behind us.
