This week's question is all about traffic tickets. Specifically, a client wants to know what one can do when the cop cites you for the wrong thing.
Here's a great example:
Let's say you are driving on the highway. You are driving too fast - 65 in a 60 mph zone. The cop pulls you over and gives you a ticket. You go and look the ticket up, though, and realize that he cited you for driving too fast for conditions, which doesn't really apply in this situation.
Can you beat a speeding ticket in that scenario?
