My name is Riley Galvin, and I have been an Educator in the Urban public school system since 2015. The aftereffect of the pandemic opened my eyes to a need that I always knew was important but had never seen need so clearly. A need for healing. I created The Unbecoming Journey to help teen girls and women heal and become the highest versions of themselves. Women are taught indirectly to dim their light. Women are full of love and magic. The love and magic that lives inside of all women can move mountains. The Unbecoming Journey uses Somatic Therapy, Breathwork, Trauma-Informed Care, and Embodiment Practices to help uncover the root of core beliefs. Core Beliefs are the false identities and ideas placed upon you through developmental years or relationships that are not serving for good. The Unbecoming Journey helps teen girls and women evolve from their core beliefs filled with their Fears, Anxiety, Depression, Scarcity Mindset, PTSD, Trauma and into a woman who no longer lives in the shadow of these parts. The Unbecoming Journey is the process of unlearning habits, thoughts, and fears that no longer serve you. To Unbecome is the process of letting go. The Unbecoming Journey is a safe space to develop skills, power, knowledge, and SELF LOVE, deep, honest, true self-love. The Unbecoming Journey allows women to step into their power and live their life with love and magic.
