How often do you appreciate YOU; THANK you, HUG you, ADMIRE you, COMPLIMENT you?

When you have an experience with someone and you’re in such awe and maybe on some level believing they DID something.  So you thank them.  HEY!!!!!  Wait a second, you DID IT!  Do you thank you???

Do not forget about YOU in the equation of life.  When something happens, you did it.  Whether you like it or not, you did it!  Thank yourself for the gift. Remember, it’s you!

Nothing is created from outside of yourSELF.  For the outerworld is only a reflection of your innerworld.  I know the physicalness can be distracting because it’s tangible + touchable and looks separate + exterior to you, but it’s not.  It can only exists externally because it exists within you.

So…. when someone comes along and delivers something so sweet + kind to you - that’s YOU being sweet + kind to YOU.  And when someone comes along and delivers something so irritating + rude to you - that’s you being irritating + rude to YOU.

It’s super great to thank others for delivering whatever gift they’ve brought you AND just remember to thank YOU.  Your personal power and freedom lives in your awareness of you.
