A common thread for those willing to dedicate themselves to their craft is the ability to grind. This means they will welcome the sacrifices, work with little praise or reward, and go far beyond where many would stop. Ultimately, they are seeking to find something within themselves to align with a greater purpose. This “beautiful struggle” is what Tim Martin built his career and his platform off of.
