The Vent is a podcast focused on discussing triggering topics as they relate to relationships and mental health. "The inspiration from the Vent comes from life experiences. I have learned that instead of changing who you are and becoming a version of yourself, it is best to unpack how the various life experiences affect you, learn from them, and then grow from them without becoming a victim of your experiences or circumstances.
