For this podcast episode, I opted to share with you my first (7) weeks as a brand-new New York City DOB Site Safety Manager.  I landed on a project where I will learn about installing custom engineered scaffolds.  The crazy part is that there will be tenants walking onto the scaffold during the concrete breezeway demolition and re-pour.  This is supposed to be a 12–14-month project.  I describe the current conditions and a description of my fellow site safety manager  co-workers.  I'm looking forward to the learning experience.  I have been off the grid lately since I just released my first children's book entitled, "Not All Girls Play With Dolls".  This book is available on Amazon in paperback & Kindle, Barnes & Noble Nook, and iTunes.  The Audible version is coming very soon.  Check out my blog at www.ConstructionTales.com for more information.
