Here is the step by step process on my top 5 ways to make money from home in 2020. 

1. eBay - https://www.ebay.com/ Sell goodwill or items you don’t want, we have so much extra things we don’t use or need. (Gary Vee tip) On the eBay app filter items by last sold and highest price. I’ve made hundreds of dollars from selling books, car parts, & items I didn’t need. You can too.

2. Etsy - https://www.etsy.com/ Sell wholesale items for 10x or 20 times the cost (You have the potential to make $1k or more per week). Make sure you should post a new item every day.

7. Remodel or fix up your home 🏡 A small investment can increase the value of your house. Then you can get it appraised, refinance it and take out some equity. That’s tax free money. Then you can use that money for a downpayment on an investment property to rent out. Now you’re officially an investor.
