The Vulnerable Black Man Podcast is a show dedicated to Highlighting and discussing various topics within the mental health and overall aspects of black men.Topics are relative to: Relationships, Emotions (Anger, Depression, trust, love), expectations whether its from other people or ourselves, fiances and much more! Originally founded by Joshua B. Cason, he dives deep into what it means for this podcast to be created and the expectations going forward: "i want to branch out and sow how vulnerable black men can be without any repercussions, judgment and there on. i want this to be a safe space not only for black men to understand ones self, but for others including women to understand how a black mans emotions can operate at any given time. this goes for me included, as i go through this podcast, all the recordings and editing and all, i realize that i also have some things as a black man i need to learn more emotionally as well, that's the goal and I'm sticking to it" The vulnerable black man podcast is one of many, but different in its own way.
