'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.' – Rev 3:20 (NASB)
We believe that when God said this, he wasn't kidding. The all-powerful God of the universe stands outside the doors of our souls, knocking and waiting and hoping.
He didn't have to do it that way. After all, he's God – he could open any door he wants with the flick of a thought. But this was his desire, and is his great risk: He will not cross our threshold until we open the door.
At the Well, we're busy finding out what it's like to open the door to God. This is our great desire, and it's scary sometimes, but it's worth the risk.
Is there something in your heart that says 'Yes' to that? Then take a risk, and join us. We dare you.
