We live in a “social media era.” This era has stirred up within us an impulse to become broadcasters—to immediately share whatever experience we deem worthy. The impulse to capture and broadcast selfies with perfect filters for likes is something that has spread to anyone with a smartphone. There are good things that can come from this, but also bad things that creep into our personalities. In this series we will unpack the biblical elements that come from living in a “social media era” and how we as Christians should be aware of how this affects us.
