Erika combines design with shamanic and intuitive energy clearing practices, to create transformative and nourishing space for the soul. Recently she traveled to Costa Rica for a month long course on the shamanic path and a few months later returned to support a plant medicine retreat.

Since this podcast was recorded, Erika shifted her business focus from private coaching to creative and healing services for homes, events, and retreats. This new focus reflects the authentic expression of all of Erika’s gifts and what lights her up at an even higher level. Always check in with your heart and be true to yourself. Since she was little, Erika would be sketching floor plans of her room and decorating it to bring in more light and joyfulness. Her room was a place she sought sanctuary to simply be. In every space she lived, at least one area was designated to reflect peace and joy — even when she rented a tiny 60 sq. foot bedroom in New York City.

The external physical world can reflect what is going on internally. Alternatively, the external can initiate and support a positive shift of the internal world.
