This is exactly what Tathra Place Free Range is making possible for us by welcoming and encouraging people to come and stay at their farm, which I’ve had the absolute pleasure of experiencing, spending time with their family, seeing it all in action and witnessing what a beautiful life the animals have. Their regenerative farming system is based on the methods of well-known farmer, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms in Virginia, USA. Truly pasture raised and fed animals, soil and land regeneration, and emulating nature. In Luke’s words he humours, “We have a joke in our family where we say, my brother found God and has since become a pastor…. and I found Joel Salatin and became a farmer!”
