Dr. Brad Dyer is board-certified in internal medicine and has also completed a residency in psychiatry. While working as a Hospitalist physician, he completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine with Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. He then became a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Over the past two and half years, he has developed and refined a 90-day metabolic reset and weight loss program, and his patients are receiving incredible results. Many lose 15-30 pounds or more, lower their A1C, reverse diabetes, and get off medications they've been taking for years.

On January 1, 2024, I discussed his mission to help patients become metabolically healthy.  Only 12% of Americans are deemed metabolically healthy and 70% aren't receiving enough exercise or movement in their lives.

Dr. Dyer has built a team of health coaches, yoga instructors, dietitians, and functional practitioners to help turn these numbers around. His practice, Premier Integrative Health, was voted Best Alternative Clinic in Kansas City in 2023.

On  Jan. 28, he kicks off his 16th group class in a program called the Premier Metabolic Reset and Weight Loss Program.
