In this episode Jack is joined by FIFA List Assistant Referee Ceri Williams and the FAW's Match Officials Manager Lee Evans to discuss Ceri's new role as Welsh football's first ever Female Referees Development Officer. Along the way they also chat about Ceri's refereeing career which has seen her progress from the Swansea Leagues in 2009 to officiating on the world stage.
