Della Tang - a rising star in China's wine scene, Della is a wine director of Savor Group, where she runs the beverage program for 4 fine dining restaurants located in Shenzhen, China. She recently won  the first ever Asia's Best Sommelier Award by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. All at the age of 29.
