Gives me, as a very young 90s kid, new perspective on the era. I can see how the threads of these things have continued over the last 30 years.

This episode felt like it was stretching a bit. Yes, a few far-right shysters called out the Harry Potter series for promoting witchcraft, but only their followers took them seriously. I don't think the culture turned on J.K. Rowling in the 1990s, and I don't think the Harry Potter books were considered controversial by more than the tiniest minority of people.
