👩‍👧‍👦 Frian's journey began with facing discrimination and encountering inadequate support systems. These challenges ignited her determination to become a vocal advocate for change. She is deeply connected to various parent and whānau networks, serving as an admin for VIPS Equity in Education, a grassroots whānau advocacy group. Additionally, Frian contributes her expertise as a member of the Parent to Parent national board and the Lottery Individuals with Disability distribution committee.

🔊 In her professional capacity, Frian serves as an Early Intervention Specialist with Autism NZ. Her work revolves around empowering whānau to support their disabled children in achieving inclusive and fulfilling lives. Frian's commitment extends beyond her professional role; she actively participates in working groups and advisory committees within the disability and education sectors.

💪 Frian firmly believes in amplifying whānau voices to drive systemic changes for equity and inclusion. Her mission is to ensure that every disabled child has the opportunity to thrive within an inclusive society.
