I am so grateful to introduce to the show, David Figueroa.

David comes to us as a former 3 sport athlete, middle school teacher and is also rising up in the world of motivational speaking. He has achieved great triumphs throughout his life, and doing so all while using his diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy to his benefit!  David believes that Cerebral Palsy is part of his super power in life, and his goal is to help inspire and advocate for others, while educating the world about Diversity and Cerebral Palsy.

David also is involved in helping our younger generation become leaders. We dive into some topics around how he believes we can help cultivate leaders of the future, and we also discuss how we can bring more diversity into the workforce. David is someone who WILL make you feel like you can do more with your life - and he is truly PROOF of what is POSSIBLE when you do the inside work!
