Hello everyone, and thanks for stopping by for the first of many blog posts that will bring you relevant Woodlands real estate information! I'm very excited to have you with me! The Woodlands market is changing rapidly, so stay tuned to get market updates and analysis you can't find anywhere else. 

Recently, we've seen the market stabilize a bit. Fannie and Freddie have made some big changes regarding loan requirements that will have a huge effect on eligibility. The new requirements are very time-intensive, but we have a great lender, Gerald Stewart, who can make the process as smooth as possible. He has 47 years of experience and he is simply the greatest. We would love to introduce you to him some time. 
At this time last year, we had 3,200 homes available on the market - today, we have 828. As you can see, the market is highly competitive, which has led to higher prices and more multiple offer situations.
