Today I wanted to speak to all of my prospective sellers in the area to let them know a little more about what happens during the listing process. There is a lot of homework to be done even before we put your home on the market, and it's going to help you immensely to understand the process before you actually go through with it.
First off, we'll come in and stage your home for you. This person will walk with you and look at each room, giving you suggestions on how you can improve the layout to attract more buyers. The pre-listing process usually takes two weeks, and will involve a lot of cleaning and organizing, as well as some photography to market your home. We always prefer professional photography, because when buyers look at your home online, it's important that your house stands out to them with high-quality photos. We can even emphasize your home through aerial shots.
We will also pre-market your home, so if there is a perfect buyer out there, we can bring them to you before your home hits the market. These are just a few advantages you get when you work with our team.
