Andrew Kotliar joined MEP Capital in 2017 and is the portfolio manager of what was formerly known as Magna Entertainment Partners, an investment vehicle dedicated to providing capital to underserved segments of the media & entertainment industries.

Previously, Kotliar founded LIVAMP, an online platform facilitating investment in creative intellectual property. Kotliar has nearly a decade of media investing and corporate finance experience at financial institutions including Centerbridge Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Portland House Group. He is also a lifelong musician.
