Saturday 16th June saw the 2nd anniversary of Worthing Parkrun, and their 100th Parkrun.  Joining them for the occasion were some 400 runners including Dame Kelly Holmes, who wants to encourage more people to take up running as part of a fit and healthy lifestyle. Patrick Woodward spoke to her and to Worthing Parkrun's runners and organisers.
