As we dive into the Mythos today, we take a look at one of the most important female writers in the gothic genre; Mary Shelley. We pull back the veil on the life of the woman behind Frankenstein, discuss some of the lesser known parts of her life and try to understand how she would be one of the most underrated writers of her time before becoming what we know her now to be: The Mother of Science Fiction.
