The questions you must be able to easily answer includes: Where do you want to go? What do you want to do with your life? What do you want to achieve? Who do you want to be?

It's not enough to say I want to be rich or I want to be successful. These words have over a hundred different meanings depending on who you ask. You must define what success means to you.
