This podcast is all about my experience growing up with ADHD and how it still challenges me everyday. Throughout the episodes I will be sharing some stories and some methods I have used to tackle my ADHD. My aim is to help and inspire young children and adults to open up about their ADHD and understanding that they are not alone. I will be answering questions weekly so feel free to ask away.
