This episode is gonna talk about the gamble of the industry and what the designers really want out of a organization. They look at us like a bank, not people that need help with certain designs to help the organization. So many designers think this way and it’s just demented. It needs to be changed. If you can do work for another organization that doesn’t know you, you can do work for one that does for free just as well as you did that one for the team you wanted to be in.
