What does it mean to have bipolar? A few months postpartum with her child, Libby did not feel like herself. Many new parents experience anxiety and depression, but this was something different. After a harrowing day and sleepless night, Libby was checked into a psychiatric ward where she was diagnosed with bipolar and postpartum psychosis. This is her story of those early days, her treatment, diagnoses, and learning to live with bipolar as a part of her life going forward. This episode is released on March 30th to celebrate World Bipolar Day and Libby's bravery in telling her story.
