We will discuss how decolonization is layered, complex, and unsettling for people to talk about. In the article, Tuck and Yang say, "Our goal for this essay is to remind readers what is unsettling about decolonization--what is unsettling and what should be unsettling" (3).

Questions to consider: What does "unsettling" look like in the classroom? What does it look like for students?
