We talk about how as coaches and business owners it’s important to walk the walk that we talk. Luisa shares how her coaching journey, mental health experiences, and human design lead her to recently participate in a psilocybin retreat that opened her up to even more curiosity and self compassion toward self love and acceptance. One of the big takeaways from the episode is a quote she shared from Abraham Hicks, “You’ll never be done and you can’t get it wrong”.
