Rebecca Bligh is one powerhouse of a woman. She's a strong voice on Vancouver city council, a mom of two, and has her own career highs in leadership development and more. Yet--she's also down-to-earth, open, frank and very human. I adore her for this. In our conversation, we talked about motherhood. We talked about her experience as a mother-lead household. I learned that's the new, more accurate, non-stigma term for single mother households. And her new learnings inside raising a teen. I loved this conversation so much--and got so much from it.
