Mimi started out in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian, then became a Physician (NO apostrophe s) Assistant in 2000. She has been a practicing PA-C ever since, first General Surgery, then Ob/Gyn, and now Otorhinolaryngology.., which is ironic because she treats people with loss of smell, and became one of them in 2017 after a viral infection. Now Mimi combines all that with 55 years as a foodie and avid cook to help people with smell and taste challenges navigate recovery and nutrition.
