Intriguing thoughts regarding Michelin restaurants; many of which are French but they are not based in France. I happen to agree with Miss Lane regional influences in transforming a cuisine by the inclusion of certain ingredients that are not normally utilized. The second part of the Show looked into the philosophical aspect of dignity which we all champion thanks to our moral compass. The fact that the definition of integrity varies depending on the context and the political narrative is quite an unnerving; What if the Law doesn’t recognize the religious interpretation of dignity; France banned the Burkini despite the fact that Muslim women resolved to this clothing item as a measure of dignity of which the French secular law doesn’t recognize and penalize.
