Drugs can be a powerful force that dominate the most vulnerable of our population, and they can also act as a polarizing force that divides our population into “the users” and “the good guys.” We delve into the history of drug use in America, and how certain politics and presidential regimes led us into our perceptions and responses to drug use today.
