- 1.5 oz silver rum- 1 oz coconut water- 1 oz coconut water syrup*- 0.5 oz lime juice- 0.5 oz pineapple juice- 2 drops of Mormon tears

*Coconut Water Syrup Recipe

- 1 cup of coconut water- 1 cup of sugar- 1 cinnamon stick- 6-8 whole cloves

Combine ingredients in small pot and stir while bringing to a boil. Once it boils, remove from heat and let the ingredients steep and cool for 30 minutes. Strain the cinnamon and cloves and store liquid in a covered container.The White Salamander #2

Optional coconut extract for tasteWet shake and fine strain into coupe or nick and Nora glassMint leaf or lime peel garnish
