After a few years of teaching Spanish (and coaching, and tutoring, and working odd jobs), he came to realize that education wasn't cutting it.

That's when he left his degrees behind and start selling alarm systems door-to-door. It completely changed his life. From that point on, Morgan has been involved with several successful companies, each giving him more opportunities to learn.

He hopes that TALMS will reach people like him: dreamers, future leaders, game changers, and others who are aspiring for more out of their careers and life.
