Thoughts are brutally oppressive. Wouldn't it be nice if we could just stop thinking, whenever thinking was painful? Well, some people say we can. Not only can meditation successfully interrupt thought storms, but mantras can play a significant role. Mantras are easy to say words or phrases that intentionally disrupt unhealthy patterns of thinking.
