Daniel Weisinger began his career in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry finding new and creative avenues to inspire and drive his team all while creating unique experiences for his Guests. As the General Manager of several Valley restaurants he successfully operated a $30 million annual sales team while implementing a new relationship-building training program which is the key to success in any industry.Growing up in Scottsdale he was blessed to experience the treasure trove of what sunny Arizona has to offer, from hiking Tom’s Thumb on the McDowell Mountains (where he carried his 60 pound dog down, it’s quite the story), snowboarding at Sunrise in Greer, to hiking Fossil Creek in Strawberry. Daniel continues to call Phoenix his home where he graduated from Arizona State University (Go Devils!) and spending his most important time with his Smoke Show wife Shaina, and their two crazy dogs Duke & Truman.Daniel attributes most of his success to the foundational values his parents instilled in him at a young age. Guided by a strong work ethic and a true commitment to excellence his transition to Real Estate was organic. His natural ability to connect with his clients has allowed him to shine at North&Co.
