On today’s episode we talk about what loss means by sitting down with Joey Salmingo, who’s a host, producer, and the founder of FATE - a nonprofit organization dedicated to training & educating individuals on life-saving practices relating to food borne allergies.

Joey lost his beautiful sister Joanna last August from an allergic reaction to nuts. She was 30 years old. As we approach the one year anniversary of Joanna’s passing, we’re honoured to have him on to talk about the impact of loss and the stages of grief, with Tom who recently lost his father, and me, who’s been mourning the end of a relationship.
