Lo, these weeks in anguish:
- A lot has happened in the 19 days since Antoine Roussel opined that a break in the schedule would be nice.
- We pester and applaud our favourite voices in the shifting local media landscape.
- The world witnesses its first Troy Stecher hat trick: a greasy goal, a beauty goal, and A Stech in Time for the ages.
- A forlorn goodbye to Adam "Dimples" Gaudette. We hardly asset managed thee.
- The wholesome Instagram-stalking of Matthew Highmore, and Ardella compares Madison Bowey to a shooting star, in a sense.
- We admire JT Miller for his leadership, and we get why they're still trying to play out the remainder. We still don't think they should, and we won't abide the abdication by the front office and ownership.
- So we're opting out of the return to play, in our hearts at least. Next week we'll be talking about the 2004 Canucks-produced documentary(?) Love This Team, Love This Game.
