A little over 2 years ago, I decided it was time to call it a day with alcohol and I haven’t drank alcohol since. In this episode, I share the reasons why I quit alcohol & how I have found the experience. I also answer some questions that came in about this topic via Instagram. Mainly, I quit alcohol because it was increasingly causing me to experience greater anxiety & I was using it as a crutch on nights out to feel more chatty and sociable. I decided I wanted to show up as my authentic genuine self all of the time and not just some of the time and I also wanted to stop putting myself through those awful days after nights out where I experienced “the fear” and that feeling of a dark cloud hanging over.
