I am worthy right now, just as I am.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and doubt if I am worthy of all the good things in my life. That seems silly right? But if you're like me, you know that it can be a difficult mindset to grow from. It can be difficult to not want to work 110% times harder to prove my worth. It can be hard to accept that worthiness is not something I have to prove… it just is. I am.

If you're like me and struggle with belief in your worthiness too, I want to remind you with today's affirmation just how worthy and deserving you are. Come back to this episode whenever you need this reminder.
