Our podcast was started as a space where Black Women and Women of Color can share their experience within the video game industry. Season one focused on round table discussions where we talked about video games, anime and our experience within game culture. 

After season 1,  we adjusted our focus in an attempt to help Black Women and Women of Color learn the basics of the industry and set a foundation for creating their own communities on platforms such as Twitch, Mixer and YouTube. In addition, we discuss the back end of content creating like brand recognition, monitoring analytics, and the basics for acquiring sponsors.

Once a podcast is now a network that will feature different hosts and topics. Currently featured on the network are the following series:

“Thumbstick Mafia Presents: A Guide For Content Creators” - A series to help those that livestream and produce video content. 

“It’s Just A Game To You” - A competitive gaming and esports series. 

“An Extra Fif” - We share episodes, from our partner network Threefifs, that feature interviews of Black Women or Women of Color in the video game industry.
