Northeast Mississippi Community College President Dr. Ricky G. Ford sits down with Marketing and Public Relations Associate Alli Scott as she fills in for Liz Calvery to discuss what the veteran educator would say to those graduating high school or college. Ford draws upon years of experience to express what he would want graduating seniors to know as well as those entering the workforce to understand. Ford talks about those coming into college with little or no help and those, who are trying to navigate life on their own for the first time. To wrap up, Ford gives listeners the Northeast News and discusses the college's retirement ceremony and who is retiring at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year, athletics, academics, workforce, student activities, and human resources, along with many more important things happening at one of the nation’s top community colleges.
