We all have more awareness about protecting our environment these days. But the challenge is turning awareness into real, positive action.

In this new episode of Time of Their Lives, presenter Selena Seballo follows Les Roches’ Director of Operations, Joceline Favre-Bulle, and her team as she attempts something truly ground-breaking: an international Environment Festival. For this, Les Roches invited school children and members of the local community to join its own students for a special competition to devise solutions to ‘real-world’ environmental problems.

We hear also from Professor Geoffrey Lipman, former Secretary General of the UN World Tourism Organization, Oliver Rowe, the author and celebrity chef, and Catherine Dolton, Vice President Global Corporate Responsibility at InterContinental Hotels Group.
