How does one tap into the abundant life promised in scripture, and what does it mean to walk in true wellness through Christ? It is truly WAY more simple than you think. We receive it. We receive the wellness he has for us this moment. Nothing more, nothing less. Then DESPITE what this external realm throws at us, our feelings, even our behaviors, our stubborn patterns or neural gaps, we can walk with more and more confidence as the new creatures we are in Christ. We only have this moment, and we are called to love God and others in it. We can indeed receive what we need to do this presently.
