I don't know about you...but I am struggling to find my voice right now.  So much has happened to shift the way we live, the way we treat others, the way we see others, the way we speak about others, the way we show up as humans, and most importantly the way we show up as mothers right now that I find myself feeling quite overwhelmed.  

In this episode I talk about my brief social media pause in an attempt to find connection with myself.  Not only because I have a responsibility as a leader, but because as a mama my number one responsibility it is raise compassionate, just men.
