Chris travels to Deer Lake, Pennyslvania to visit the newly refurbished former training camp of Muhammad Ali. He's joined by David Crouse, the borough council president who would ride his bike up to watch The Champ train in the 1970's, and by the former sportswriter turned guardian of the camp, Sam Matta. Together they discover the history of the camp, the story behind rope-a-dope and the rules of his kitchen.
