The Princess of the Glorious TriRealm was fated to have an adventure. Most of us don't expect what's fated, and her adventure fell upon Princess Alys all unexpectedly.

She couldn't blame anyone but herself, though. She's the one who started a game of riddles with an almost mythic beast. Even a princess has to suffer the consequences when she behaves that stupidly.
