The book of Psalms is filled with raw emotion--anger, anxiety, pain, hope, celebration, joy. At our spiritual retreat this past weekend, we took some time to write our own psalms. In this episode of To the Brim, we'll give you some ideas for writing your own psalm. Some of the folks from the retreat will share theirs as well. Very powerful, vulnerable, and beautiful.
